Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 August 2026
loved (“we”, “us”) is operated by loved.com Inc. These terms apply whenever you use the loved website or mobile app to send or receive a card or gift. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them.
What loved does
You choose a card design, write a note (and optionally add a gift or upload your own photo), and we print and mail a physical card to the recipient — or deliver it digitally, for gift-card-only sends. Card designs are drawn by independent creators we work with, not by loved directly; the designs themselves remain the creator’s work.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use loved.
- You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in (mobile number/email and any verification code) secure, and for activity that happens under your account.
- You’re responsible for making sure the delivery address, recipient name, and any information you enter is accurate — we print and post to what you give us.
Payment, pricing, and delivery
- Payment is processed by Stripe at the time you send a card or gift. We never see or store your full card number.
- Card and delivery pricing (including any express delivery fee) is shown before you pay, and reflects the country you’re sending to.
- Promo codes are single-use, apply only to the card-sending fee (not any gift or product added on top), and can be withdrawn or expired at any time.
- Once a card enters printing/dispatch, we generally can’t stop or edit it — double-check the note, design, and address before paying.
- Delivery timeframes we show are estimates, not guarantees — postal delays outside our control can happen.
Refunds and reprints
If a card arrives damaged, is lost in the post, or was never dispatched due to an error on our side, contact us (see “Contact us” below, or Profile → Support in the app) and we’ll make it right with a reprint or refund. We don’t offer refunds for a card that was correctly sent to the address and details you provided, or once it’s already been delivered.
Replies and content you send
A recipient can reply to a card you sent with a text, voice, or video message, which we deliver back to you. You’re responsible for the notes, photos, and messages you upload — don’t send anything illegal, harassing, or that you don’t have the right to share. We can remove content or suspend an account that misuses the service.
Acceptable use
Use loved for genuine personal (or, for our business/bulk feature, organizational) gift-sending. Don’t use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, attempt to defraud recipients or our payment systems, or interfere with the service’s normal operation.
Liability
loved is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any issue with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for postal delays and losses once a card has been correctly handed to the postal carrier.
Changes to these terms
If we make a material change, we’ll update this page and change the date above. Continuing to use loved after a change means you accept the updated terms.
